Welcome to Block Unite! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Block Unite mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Block Unite, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You may NOT:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App

3. User Conduct

When using Block Unite, you agree to:

• Choose appropriate usernames/nicknames (no offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate names)
• Not harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Not cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate the leaderboard
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers

We reserve the right to remove inappropriate usernames, ban users who violate these Terms, and delete any content that violates our policies.

4. Intellectual Property

Block Unite, including all content, features, graphics, code, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our explicit written permission.

5. User Content

When you submit a nickname or other content to Block Unite, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the App (such as displaying your nickname on the leaderboard).

6. Virtual Items

Block Unite offers virtual items (gems) that can be earned through gameplay. These virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

If we introduce in-app purchases in the future, all purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Advertisements

Block Unite may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements. You can manage ad personalization through your device's privacy settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT YOUR DATA WILL ALWAYS BE PRESERVED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, PROFITS, OR REVENUES.

10. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. By continuing to use the App after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. The current version is always available in the App and on this website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
